 Beth Morando

Known affectionately by her initials “BAM,” Beth is a Critical Care Paramedic and RBA’s most recent manager.  Although born in Madison, Wisconsin, Beth comes to us with a Southern California tan earned at a young age, along with 3 children – two athletic sons and an inventive daughter – which is how she began her emergency medical training! Eventually, fate took Beth to Pikeville, Kentucky, where in 2007 she completed Basic EMT training at Education Medflight; soon thereafter she began work as an emergency medical responder. Beth concluded paramedic training at Hazard Community Technical College, graduating in 2008, while continuing to gain practical experience in the field. In early 2013, family brought Beth back to Madison, where she finalized her Critical Care training at the University of Wisconsin; she is currently at Hennepin Tech, completing continuing education for her role as Community Paramedic.

Sheer determination and a “can do” attitude have provided Beth with an upwardly-mobile career path to her current position of Manager and Critical Care/Community Paramedic here with Ryan Brothers.  Beth’s outside interests include international travel, home decorating, sewing, and spending as much time as possible with her family.
