Hourly pay range for full-time 48 hours per week

EMT: Hourly Rate $14.00 Overtime Rate $21.00

AEMT: Hourly Rate $15.40 Overtime Rate $23.10

Paramedic: Hourly Rate Ranges $24.27 - $26.52 Overtime Rate $36.40

Critical Care Paramedic: Hourly Rate Ranges $25.34 - $27.69 Overtime Rate $38.01

Registered Nurse: Hourly Range $35.00-$45:00 Overtime Range $52.50-$67.50

Starting pay range reflects years of experience at your license level. Full-time rotational employees are guaranteed 48 hours/week with overtime paid at 40 hours and above.

Flexible Scheduling

At Ryan Brothers, we utilize a variety of shifts for our EMTs and Paramedics to optimize EMS coverage for our clients and patients. Our staff are offered several schedule options including 24 hours followed by 72 hours off, four 12 hour shifts per week, full time 30 hour/week shifts with benefits, and part-time "set your own" shifts. With abundant overtime opportunities, RBA has a shift option for everyone!
